Is FitterToday free?
Yes. The full Today / Training / Logging loop is free forever. FitterToday Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks Form Analysis, the Body Map dashboard, Mesocycle planning, Volume Pacing, and a few other power features. There's a 7-day free trial.
Does it work without an Apple Watch?
Yep. FitterToday is iPhone-first. If you have an Apple Watch, it'll pair for heart-rate during workouts and send the session back to Apple Health, but it's not required.
What data leaves my phone?
By default — none. All training data lives on your device, encrypted with the system keystore, and syncs across your own devices via iCloud. We have no servers tracking your workouts, no analytics SDKs, and no advertising IDs.
Can I import data from another app?
CSV import for past workouts is available in Settings → Data. We support exports from Strong, Hevy, and FitNotes out of the box. Apple Health workouts back-fill automatically.
Where do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@fittertoday.com or use the in-app "Send Feedback" link in Settings — it pre-fills with your device + app version so we can repro fast.
